Canadian Watercolour and Chalk Pastel Artist

This watercolour is approximately 29" X 29" (73 cm X 73 cm cm outside frame dimensions) and was painted using Winsor & Newton Professional watercolour paints plus some Daniel Smith Duochrome Cobalt Blue and Iridescent Electric Blue paints on the little forget-me-not flowers. One early summer day in 2021, I walked around our perennial gardens and picked some random beauty. Seed heads from finished allium, Bleeding Hearts in bloom, and the stunning blue-green poppy seed pods. I threw them on my favourite bowl and placed it on the grass.
