.... a new chalk-pastel painting.
My art students at The Painted Tree art store have been using Clairfontaine's Pastelmat paper and having excellent results. Time to test it out for myself. So far, I really love it. It accepts the chalk-pastels readily and feels like it is working with me, not against me.
